How to choose the right size?
1. Measure your arm length about 15-18 inches above your wrist according to the size chart.
2. Measure your bicep circumference and arm length, the wrist circumference will fit accordingly if a suitable size is ordered to fit bicep circumference and arm length.
3. To prevent the arm sleeves sliding down, order a size that is no greater than about 1 inch of your bicep circumference. Please refer to the size chart.
