- TECHNICALLY ADVANCED FEATURES. Being crafted in 56% prolen, these socks come with some awesome features. Prolen (polypropylene) is the lightest of all fibers. It is 34% lighter than polyester and 20% lighter than nylon. It has excellent insulative properties and is hydrophobic which means it keeps your feet dry and warm as sweat or water will not be absorbed by the fibers.
